Since this demon can't cool off no matter how hard he tries, Brand makes sure no one—not even his friend Hwei—can escape the summer heat.

Though usually found deep in the underworld, Hwei was “persuaded” to try brooding on the beach instead. Seeing mortals flee in broad daylight has indeed inspired new ideas for blissful torment.
